عند إرجاع المنتج والعبوة بحالتها الأصلية (غير تالفة) يتحمل العميل رسوم الإرجاع وهي 30 درهم إماراتي في الإمارات و المناطق الغربية 45 درهم و50 درهم إماراتي لباقي دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، ويتم خصمها من سعر المنتج المرتجع، وفي حال كان الإرجاع بسبب عيب أو خطأ في المنتج من جانبنا فإن K TREATS COSMETICS تتحمل كافة الرسوم.
