However, we recognize that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Return and exchangeability
a) Returnable Products: We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unopened and undamaged items in their original packaging. The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
b) Time Frame: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must initiate the process within 7 days from the date of delivery.
c) Non-returnable products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for some products, such as opened cosmetics, skin care products and makeup products.

Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
How to start a return or exchange
Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@myktreats.com or WhatsApp +971564401142 and provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange along with a photo taken of the product and the reason for return or exchange.
Return and exchange procedures
a) Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
b) Packaging: Please make sure the product is packed securely to avoid any damage during transportation.
c) Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receipt of the returned item and inspection of its condition, we will process the refund or exchange. For refunds, the amount will be refunded to the wallet if payment was made by credit card and cash on delivery. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item less any applicable shipping charges.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your product arrives damaged or if the shipment is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
